"For Every Student, For Every
School"
I
am excited to inform you that your hard work and support has paid
off. I am in the run-off
election for the DeKalb County School Board, District 9 seat. The election is scheduled
for Tuesday, December 2, 2008. I would like to thank each of
you because I know that the only reason I am here is because of the
encouragement and support that I have received from many citizens
throughout this great county.
I believe I represent a new type of leadership that can bring a
fresh perspective and progressive thinking to the discussions as we
prepare our children for the 21st century
workplace.
As your school board member, I work to build bridges
across the county, be commited to ensure a quality education for
ALL children, and make certain that I am accountable to the citizens
of DeKalb County. I also hope I can be seen as a positive role model
for all the students in our school system.
When you
go to the back to the polls on December 2, 2008, I ask that you vote
for Ernest Brown for DeKalb School Board District
9 . I will be
the first name on the
ballot and hopefully your first choice. I promise I will continue to
advocate for every student and for every school!
